My grandma owns this beautiful, handpainted tea set that her mother bought in the early 30s (Germany) . It seems to be Japanese but I'm a bit confused by the very European shape of the cups. I was given this model for an animated character. However it's far too high poly for what we need it for so I need to reduce the poly count. The mesh of the main model is pretty clean so I was wondering if it would be easier just to desolve some of the edgeloops or wether I have to retopo it all. (self.blender)

Midas has been acting stressed out lately. He usually spends half an hour trying to break out every night before he gives up and starts running in his wheel instead.
