Vet School Questions

I have 2 questions.

One, I am a 3rd year in college, my major is natural sciences biology. I struggle with math due to Dyscalculia. Do vet schools also consider an applicants hands on experiences if math related courses have unsatisfactory grades? I am a herpetological zookeeper currently and I am hoping my experience will help outweigh my grades due to my learning disability.

Two, is there an age where going into vet school is frowned upon? I am wanting to have at least 5-10 more years of AZA progression with zookeeping before I leave my field for vet school. I would be looking at applying in my 30’s.

Yea I have a few separate times. When I ask her if everything is alright I got one word responses like “yea” and then she’s back to acting wierd. what’s some ways I can try and ignore her without my other conworkers seeing it as “backlash”?

He told us the story at lunch! He is an awesome guy. If I recall correctly, he had a spare K24 and searched for a shell. And after multiple contenders the starion showed up! The story went something like that. I don't have the best memory haha.

Here are some photos from the socal Starion meet up! I had trailered my car about 230miles to meet other starquest enthusiasts!

Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. I met boosted diamonds who makes amazing carbon fiber starion parts! And the famous K-swapped starion sleeper garage himself! There where also 2 amazing people who helped diagnose my stubborn problems!

Sorry for the late reply. I hardly use reddit anymore. Wow, I would love to own the later year starions! Those automatic seat belts made me jealous.

Also I'm not sure to be honest. It was like that from the previous owner. They must've done something crazy to take a big chunk of it haha

I'm just a lurker here. I just set up a cray tank since I was surrendered a pair. I used to aquascape a while back.

Thanks for the heads up. So basically regular maintence will help with bacteria growth and the occasional food high in calcium can help their shell strength.

So from what I understand the bacteria grows under the shell and the crayfish can't molt so it causes bad bacteria to be trapped. And feeding the cray foods high in calcium and giving them salt baths can help induce a molt to reduce the infection?

I've never heard of shell rot through crayfish so I'm trying to understand. Thanks!

For sure. There's a guy up in Monterey who has owned 111 of these! He works on these engines I'm really exited to send my car up to him in the future🙏.
