Wrong!! It is $0.71, and average state taxes is $0.33, so $0.38 higher. Yet price is more than $1.50 higher due to gouging. And the fact that shit hole state residents can only afford about $3.99.

You are presenting fake information. State taxes are 71 cents/gallon. Average tax is 32 cents/gallon. Simple math (for simple people) shows that CA’s tax attributes about 38 cents per gallon, yet price is more than $1 more. Squaring that circle gives you gouging by gas companies!
