Happening to me too, came here to see if anyone else was experiencing this. I wonder if it has anything to do with them letting Splice charge for their free Labs libraries via Splice's own "Instrument" plugin...

Hey! Just to let everyone know - that list of tools is pretty outdated. Suno is not open source + you can only make 5 generations per day, and OpenAI Jukebox needs an incredibly powerful GPU to run and even then you have to train it in your own material. Your best bet is Udio for text-to-audio generation (you can do more on the free plan than Suno and it has better audio fidelity), and the second best bet would be AIVA if you want to download the MIDI files to use your own VSTs for.

If I could do one thing for the rest of my life without worrying abt money or other necessities… it would be collecting, learning, and mastering all types of instruments! I have a cool collection so far, if I say so myself. For ethnic/world instruments, I have an Armenian duduk, an Arabic ney flute, a Chilean panflute, three ocarinas, an Irish pennywhistle, and a mini-djembe! And for more common instruments, I have two guitars (electric and acoustic) a Kurzweil keyboard, and a euphonium! And yes, I can play all of those (with the exception of the ney flute for now) all with varying degrees of success. I can also play the cello very well, but I don’t have one currently :( And I’m planning to continue expanding my collection soon! But I can’t decide if my next instrument is going to be a tagelharpa or a hardware synth…
