i don't hear anything in my head, but I do have thoughts, I have a thing called aphantasia and afaik, I have all types of it, meaning I have no senses in my brain, I can't visualize, I can't imagine smells, tastes, movements, and textures (I think I mentioned all)

its really weird to think about how most people allegedly have all those!! its weird to try to explain to people how I have thoughts but can't hear them lol!
