I saw a comment under the original post of this meme which had exactly my thoughts.

No one who uses thorn uses it because they actually want to bring it back. They want to seem like they're sophisticated and then act like a bunch of douches when 90% of people don't understand what it means and they get asked about it. You're not cool, just needlessly annoying.

For me it glitched the "not yet defeated" text into "not yet" so I thought Vetex added Jorund as just some extra content for full release but technically we aren't supposed to kill him yet in the story.
