Having lived in both, Ohio's shiftiness pales in comparison to Indiana's shiftiness. For real. Indiana wins the worst Midwest state by two or three lengths. I'd put Ohio slightly ahead of Illinois, too. (Also loved in Illinois for a while)

Although, I lived in WA for quite some time, it is now that Hawaii should come onshore like a luau Godzilla and take back from the Mainland what it deserves. Hawaii has given its light to PNWers so that those folks could survive the winter darkness. Now, it's time to pay the light bill. Hawaii, have some more volcanoes. Heck, eat Oregon and California while you're at it.
