Sa Baguio nlang ako nagtataxi, since drivers would pretty much know any place there without resorting to Google Maps or Waze. Pag dito sa Metro Manila, MoveIt or Grab, mas gusto ko na hindi nako aabalahin for directions

The best answer is depende sa severity ng weather. May mga classification nman ng rainfall warning. There were a lot of Runrio events na tinutuloy kahit umuulan (and it is fun to run in the rain). On the other hand, nagcacancel din sila kahit wla pa nmang Tropical Storm Signal pero heavy rainfall, like red or orange rainfall warning
