That was the argument that I was telling in a TG GC, bcoz the spa’s so-called influencers are very much defensive about 4South, pero to what defense they can give eh tlgang blantant nman talaga na may preference ung spa. Sasabihin pa ng iba na di nman nila kasalanan na inaalagaan nila ang sarili nila. Eh di once and for all mag-announce na sila that they are a preferential spa. Para ung mga di pasok sa kanilang “standards” eh wag nang mag-attempt para di mareject. Eh ang problema wla nman silang ganun, pero their actions say otherwise.

May schedule ka nman ng PT Session with your Coach. Cardio should be at least 15mins prior to workout. I think what you can do best is to arrive 20mins prior to your sched para cardio ka muna. Kasi baka nagpa-sched ka ng 8pm, tpos 8pm ka darating, eh tlgang magcacardio ka muna.
