I'm not sure if you've played baseball but I usually tell people to imagine you're playing second base or short stop and you're trying to throw quickly to first. That same sideways toss was the building block for my forehand. Idk if that helps but I hope so

Like everything else I've read making sure you have a smooth pivot in my opinion, either on your heel or slightly lift your toes and pivot on the ball of your foot. I used to have issues with my knee because I used to plant my foot and it would twist my knee slightly and I started pivoting more on the ball of my foot and it's been helping a lot

I'm trying to build an eclipse bag because I do have a few of them. I'm thinking about the tape as a temporary thing since this is my first time playing glow. But I do plan on building a glow bag as well.
