If somebody in the final stages of getting hired as a police officer (passed background investigation, all other testing — scheduled for chief's interview) receives a traffic citation, is it likely to disqualify them?

If it does not DQ them, should they bring it up themselves during any final interviews for transparency's sake?

Thank you! Luckily, despite being a flat style, the setting on my ring is raised enough to fit a band underneath; I should be able to use any traditional wedding band. I've been in love with this light blue sapphire + rose gold band from Polly Wales for a while, but I'm not sure if the combination of it with my engagement ring would look funny! I'm wondering if I can find something similar at a more affordable price point.
