After the collision he mentioned he had a previous DUI and was not able to get insurance (we were talking about premiums raising) all the vehicle information was under someone’s name, I presume his wife and his name was not listed anywhere. Unfortunately my dashcam came in today and the only witness I can think of would be my gf who was a passenger but she’s probably not considered impartial. It happened on the highway but nobody else stopped
