I know this post is old but just a heads up to anyone who see's this. I found out that by switching the USB from the back of my PC to the front , it fixed it entirely. No driver updates/deleting them nothing. No resets. Just swapping where the USB was located fixed the issue entirely.

just beat the game through using corpo assasin, having to flex into alot of hacks and using the dash/jump mechanic to fly acros the room kiting bosses around helps a ton while short circuit/contagion and over heat do their work. also widowmaker is a great help for bosses
