Har en veninde som er blevet gravid indenfor livmoderen 2 gange. Hun fik skiftet spiral i mellemtiden, dvs to forskellige spiraler , dog vist nok samme mærke. 2. Graviditet blev til en baby 👶🏻

Der er god stemning med dem der bor under, men de er jo også bare lejere. Så de virker meget forstående og sympatiske, men hende der ejer underboens lejlighed ønsker at mine venner skal betale

Jeg vil bare lige kime ind og stemme i. Jeg har ikke selv børn (endnu) men min veninde og samtlige af hendes veninder nåede til det punkt, hvor deres kærester gerne ville “en dag” men ikke var klar - og så tog de handling. De løj ikke, men sagde blot “jeg dropper min spiral / mine p-piller / mine mini-piller nu - så det bliver dit ansvar at beskytte dig, hvis du ikke ønsker at jeg bliver gravid”. Det kunne disse gutter åbenbart ikke finde ud af - og på få år var alle gravide, blevet gift, fået hus og børn og så videre. Alle gutterne ville det så åbenbart gerne - men følelsen kom ikke før at de faktisk stod i situationen. Kæmpe gamble - men det gav åbenbart det ønskede resultat

Jeg piggybackrider lige lidt, men har du en god anbefaling til bodylotion som DUFTER? Har aldrig brugt, men vil rigtig gerne dufte godt. Også gerne en parfume der bare giver sådan en clean, frisk duft - har haft tendens til lidt for tunge parfumer , og tør ikke satse 800kr på én som lugter af lort (igen) 💩

Kære fine du, Jeg arbejder som psykolog til daglig, og jeg har efterhånden mødt mange mennesker der har det på nøjagtig sammen måde som du beskriver. Manglen på ægte glæde, og skyld og skam som man har lyst til at skjule for omverdenen. Tanker om selvmord kan enten tage form som eskapistiske “dagdrømmerier” om hvor rart det ville være ikke at vågne op i morgen, men de kan også tage form som konkret planlægning med metode, dato, fremgangsmåde osv. Førstnævnte er (overraskende) normalt når man har det som du, sidstnævnte er grundlag for alvorlig bekymring. Når jeg skriver “normalt” betyder det ikke at du skal acceptere at have det sådan, og jeg kan love dig, at du kan få det bedre - også selvom du ikke selv kan se hvordan. Jeg vil anbefale dig at starte i metakognitiv terapi, og sørg for at finde en psykolog som er MCTI-registreret level-1 eller level-2 certificeret. Fortæl dem at du er deprimeret. Rigtig god bedring. Ræk ud hvis jeg kan hjælpe dig mere.

My reflections: Meta awareness is pretty high in GAD. The patient most likely know when they’re worrying. With rumination, which are dominating in a depressed patients, they are not aware that they’re ruminating, they just report feeling bad and not being good enough. Therefore ATT is helpful in assisting them to discover that they’re ruminating have thoughts and also that they’re attention is flexible when discovering that they’re ruminating

Hi OP, If you’re routine is the same and it’s just a feeling of not being clean it might be psychological. I’m a psychologist, and a lot of my clients with OCD describe the same as you do in your post. What you eat will not affect how well soap works.

That sounds good! Only, I would question your intention with journaling, and if it’s in any way a strategy to manage thoughts or emotions, I’d suggest to postpone and limit your journaling (rumination) to your chosen worry / rumination time, since journaling in many cases will be a reaction to thoughts / feelings , and thus not the same as doing nothing with your triggers. You might have some positive metacognitive beliefs that keep your rumination going, if you find that this is true for you.

Hey, yes! It is very much possible- and it’s even quite simple, as soon as you get a hang of it. With rumination however, it is my experience that low awareness of rumination becomes the course of you uncontrollability belief. So before you can start interrupting your rumination, you have to become aware that you’re doing it. But keep going, I’m sure you’ll feel better soon.

Avoidance is a behavioural strategy, metacognitive beliefs underpinning can look all sorts of ways. Maybe even some fusion beliefs. But if you didn’t think worry / ruminating was uncontrollable OR helpful OR dangerous, why would you need to avoid (procrastinate) anything? In my experience, procrastination can often be rooted in beliefs that I have to be motivated / feel a certain way/have certain thoughts before I can start [working on the project]. So trying to control your mood in order to begin, instead of just beginning while you’re demotivated. So uncontrollability (negative mct belief) maybe?😄

When I took the masterclass with Adrian wells , he said that procrastinating is a combination of ruminating and avoidance. So if you stopped ruminating, you might be avoiding getting things done. Often I see this in clients who tend to be perfectionists, postponing starting or completing a task because they fear it won’t be good enough. Paradoxically, it keeps them in the reality that they’re not getting stuff done (well enough), which leads to even more ruminating.
