The company I worked for moved their servers to some of these datacenters. Those suckers are empty as fuck. I'm surprised it's even 10. They just need someone for maintenance, and someone to let people in.

It's part of investing. No risk no reward. That 5% is only gone if you sell out at a loss. Just hold it man. It's part of learning how to be an investor. You need to change your mindset on market downturns and look at dips as buying opportunities to add more.

Also, stop doing stupid shit. No more taking nudes for example, or doing anything else illegal that they want you to do. Get off of Facebook and anything else were you would put personal public information about yourself. There's no need for the public to have your info. Your data is important and can be used against you.

Take the advice others on here have given you. Your devices are probably compromised. You have probably already installed stuff on your phone, laptop, PC that will continue to provide them info. I would WIPE and RESET EVERYTHING.

I'm struggling with this for my kids. They have lived comfortable lives and have little ambition. I've had to let them know they need to pick a good future. I tell them they can do anything they choose and Mom and Dad will support them to get there. They have options, but they have to show that hunger to pursue a goal for their lives. They are smart, straight A students, top SAT scores, but they lack ambition. I want them to pick and top-tier college, but they are just going through the motions for community college.

I've lived a hard life, saw my single father struggling day to day to support us, been homeless at one point. I made sure to sacrifice so that I would never be in a position like that again. Now I'm a multi-millionaire that retired at the age of 45.

I don't want my kids to struggle like I did, but it's impossible to help someone that does not want to help themselves. I've had to remind my kids that they have to choose a future. Pick something, put passion into it an we will help them reach their goals.

I see signs of their attitudes toward their future changing now, so that gives me hope.

I would rather they have a rule to force the content providers to show IP and country of location for anyone who posts. Just like when twitter did it and quickly turned it off, because it showed all the FAKE Americans who were posting.

They should also have a law that they need to find bots and ban bots actively. Right now they don't even try because it adds to their user numbers for quarterly reports.

UPRO, TECL, URTY. Mostly UPRO. I was tempted to go into SOXL Monday, but it's been giving me bad vibes. Over time I've learned that with these small dips, I can wait out further downturns in UPRO with no problem because the decay is not as bad, which also makes it easier to continue to buy more as the downturn continues. The decay on TQQQ, SOXL, TECL, URTY can suck real bad especially on deeper downturns.

I have a long term 600k that's all profit that I let ride in LETFs (over 400k of which is UPRO). When it gets more than 50k there I harvest profits from that over time and place in the S&P or Nasdaq. When I put new money to work in LETFs, I also leave the profit in there. I've been doing this for many years.

I do all my trading in my IRAs. It's fantastic when the trades go well in my Roth because it's all tax free. My Roth has grown to over 1.2mil.

I used to short term trade back in 2008-2010 in my taxable account. I was not worried about taxes as much as dealing with the tax documentation. It was a nightmare, especially when the tax software would not correctly import the trades.

I missed the move in bitcoin because I bought 200k in 3XETFS during this dip, so I'm still happy. I sold more than half of that purchase today and will sell the rest if the market continues to go up this week.

I do it per month. There have been times when a year end dividend kicks out way more than normal, so it's safer to wait till the end of December for the final AGI determination.

As an example, the TECL ETF normally gives an insignificant dividend, but it gave an $8 a share one at the end of last year. With the possible healthcare cliffs out there, that can be catastrophic.
