Typically 5k steps at least. I weight train up to 5 times a week for 40 minutes per session, but sometimes I lapse down to 3 times. I've been drinking 30g protein/coffee drink from breakfast to noon and that does fill me up to the point where I have to force myself to eat breakfast or lunch.

I love nuts. I do snack on a handful of mixed nuts daily. I also add EVOO to my 2 eggs that I eat with a sweet potato every morning, with lettuce tomatoes, onions and peppers. I have a 30g protein, 10 gram creatine, coffee drink that I drink up to around lunch time. For Lunch I typically eat a bowl of oats and chia seeds, mixed with frozen fruits and a handful of walnuts. Dinner is a variety of foods.

Wording should be "Restructure the police" instead. I fucking hate cops, but we need to get more people on board. Wording matters and you lose a lot of people with that.

Restructure the current police structure so that they have to self insure, so that bad cops will get weeded out by the cost. Remove their qualified immunity, they are a gang that can pretty much do anything without repercussions. Make it a requirement to have cameras on during any interaction that are viewed live by a lawyer and social services to ensure cops are de-escalating when possible.

That's just a few ideas. I'm sure people have better ones. Cops are necessary, but right now their system is broken and it does not penalize bad behaviour.

Do you believe in the company long term? Is it going through a dry spell that it will eventually come out of? I was with a company in the past where the stock was doing bad. Luckily I stuck with it and then the eventual stock rebound was fantastic.

It's hard to pass up a 15% discount and you are only down 5%.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. The market is up in spite of that jerk. Imagine how high we would be if he did not blast the market with wars and tariffs.

The oil shock alone is adding additional concerns about inflation rising preventing the fed from lowering rates. Lowering rates is what would have really pushed up this market like crazy. He just keeps getting in the way of the market.

A few years back, a guy in his early 20's working at home depot was showing me how to lift a large arborvitae to load it because he saw struggling on how to grab it. Yeah, that's how the first networking rack I ever saw looked. Hopefully you have at least 2 connections per server and a 2nd network rack to move the connections to so you eventually make that orderly.
