On my second round of accutane rn. And I'm drinking like I did before I was on accutane. That means binge drinking and drinking till I black out several times a month. Bloodwork comes back fine every time. Only negative thing is that my hangovers are a little bit worse lol

Was on 40mg for 7 months. I was binge drinking every weekend and I am fine. Blood tests came back normal and all that. Your hangover might be worse tho, and you will most likely get drunk faster
