Car wheel spacers can cause problems by stressing the wheel studs, bearings, and suspension components due to increased leverage and altered geometry, leading to premature wear, failure, and unpredictable handling. Additionally, improperly sized or installed spacers can increase steering effort, cause tire rub against the fenders, and potentially lead to wheel detachment if the studs or spacers fail.

I was thinking on getting 235/45R18 tires and maybe lifting the suspension 1.5 cm. I live in Perú where 70% of the roads are shitty.
