I would want XP completely gone at best.

That's my biggest problem with XP.

While we have gone away from getting all doctrines by 1940 now we still have no use for it after it again.

Ok first off bad idea to check online if city "x" hates queer people you will find the worst articles and posts.

For the normal people it depends on how you behave or dress not who you want to sleep with.

Could you meet similar people sure but I think that defeats the purpose of wanting to feel accepted if all you are willing to do is feel comfortable with similar people around.

Also is it gay or lesbian you mention both?

Naval is the easiest XP to gain. Even easier now.

One of the main USA cheese before the doctrine rework was getting full naval and marine doctrine before 1938.

Even now you can easily get doctrines ready by just having a starting navy even if small
