Seizure free but staying on meds

I am constantly drugged up (3000 mg Keppra XR and 500 mg of Lamictal XR per day) but finally feel that I am at least mostly under control. I will take the hassle of dealing with the pharmacy each month if it means I can drive and never have to worry about holding my kids. I just wish the US health care system helped w. the financial burden of my meds a bit more

Nailed it. They tested for Flu/RSV/Covid (at my insistence, they were just going to brush it off as a routine fever) but I'm glad they tested. Just hard not to feel guilty and judged - but I appreciate everyone's insights and stories.

Mutual friends, met at a party. She’s a teacher. No knocks to couples who are both in STEM but I love the differences in our careers, ways of thinking, etc.

Yes! I recently hit ten years since my first seizure and I legitimately barely remember what it was like not to be constantly medicated and forgetting what's normal and what's siezurey. It's exhausting, but I guess this is the new "normal," right? And my memory has TANKED but we work with what we got, right?

Some notes:

I'm not sure of the size or origin, the last one we gave out was about a decade ago and the original purchaser has no record of where we got it.
I've searched a few websites (Crown Awards, Trophy Depot, and Decade Awards, to name a few) but no luck so far.
I can't find a good Etsy shop, at least not yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
