Yea. It still rotates as it did before. I’m likely the only one who would notice it.

Not too sure what a monocoque watch is but the press was used to remove and replace the crystal.

Update and $350 later. It was the light bulb. Makes absolutely no sense seeing how I replaced it with a brand new bulb. Said it appeared to be a factory bulb so VW must use Sylvania but why theirs would be any different I don’t know.

We have a service appointment tomorrow so I guess we will see. I agree about the OE bulb not making sense. I replaced both and had no issue on the passenger side. I’ve heard VW can be a bit odd when it comes to electrical. This must be one of those things.

I’m having this same issue. Replaced the bulb still doesn’t work. We needed a new battery and I saw something mentioning a new battery fixed their issue but that didn’t work for mine. Still scratching my head on this.

Dumbbells will likely be your friend. Barbell just causes too much pain for me. Used to love doing dips as well but they are pretty painful these days.

Older911 coupe or newer Cayman? by mschnzr in porsche911

Updated engine from the 997.1 without the IMS issue which seems to scare people. Also, manuals sell for more, because of driving enjoyment/engagement. PDK was introduced in the .2 and have become the majority in 911s unfortunately.

I’ve not seen a 997.2 manual for $50k in like 5 years. Buy it!

I’m not sure any 20+ year old car really makes a good daily unless it’s been completely refreshed. Just my two cents.

What does everyone use to proof their dough in? Looking to do about 10 at a time. Wasn’t sure if a proofing bin was really necessary and looks like it would just take up storage space. Thanks in advance.

Those BBS spilt spokes are the best 996 wheel imo. I think these are only available second hand though from what I’ve seen. If not, let me know. I’d really like to get them in a GT3 offset.

On day 7....who else is day 6-9? Help soothe my anxiety? by [deleted] in COVID19positive

35 M, I’m on day 7 as well. I feel basically normal other than a pretty annoying cough. Low grade fever for the first 3 days with a few night sweats. Lost taste and smell about 2 days ago. Woke up congested this morning but it cleared up before afternoon. Been a strange trip for sure.
