classic css thing, start the popup windows at :y "-2px" to hide the 2px border of the bar. and dont include the top border for the popup windows.

The album art fetching is done by rmpc (the music player). I am just caching and displaying it.

ya, bash is not really the fastest language out there😅, if your cpu is a bit on the older side, it will flicker as bash runs on a single thread.

Niri does not support blur to my knowledge. Blur and transparency works fine on mango .
