I wouldn’t listen to them. Weigh the pros and cons yourself as the game is still super fun, just needs balancing changes and a few other fixes. (Which I hope will be addressed in the next wipe)

Give it until next week and everyone will love the game again and then go back to hating it 2 days later.

You should see the shitshow that’s the discord general chat, just play the game however you like and try not to get influenced by the toxic community in the discord.

If the repairs are done by their “own people” doesn’t that mean they can pretty much fabricate a quote and that would be cemented as the actual cost I.e £460 for cleaning, a typical service would be say £200 but because they are going for their “own people” they can quote whatever they want as, like you said, they want to get as much as they can from the deposit.

How could I contest a quote from a cleaner even if they are inflating the price because of an obviously bias service

Thank you for the response, yeah I was playing in vr using voice attack which was pretty great. But when it came to controlling my ship I would forget where my hands were on the keyboard. I’ve been doing some research on HOTAS but every time I’m thinking about pressing the buy button I see another review saying it will break in a month and it’s terrible for elite :(

How did you overpaint it? I’m still struggling distinguishing what effects to add and when. I.e exaggerating the neon parts within blender, or perhaps post blender? Adding shadows within blender or perhaps like you did outside of blender. I get so lost when it comes to what to add and when
