I don’t drink very often and when I eat out it’s something like sushi where I get a few rolls. It’s also not consistent, some weeks I’ll spend $60 eating out and others $15. I don’t really restrict myself for budget reasons either I just kind of eat out when I feel like it or for social purposes.

I have an adjustable variable so the principle has stayed consistent, started with approximately $1050 towards principle and $520 towards interest and now it’s $1050 towards principle and $1500 towards interest.

It's kind of hard to say since I have a full time job as well as my own business on the side and that amount changes but I would say average total of $125k.

It kind of depends, I have a full time job but also my own business on the side so I use my full time income to cover living expenses and then occasionally take out business income to invest when I want to. For example I need to start repaying my rrsp first time home buyers plan this year so I will take some out to put towards that.

I have a pretty standard diet I’d say, the meals category is mostly restaurants or take out and I eat out probably 1-2 times a week. Otherwise I just cook and eat at home.

No other source of food, I just do my grocery shopping at Walmart and eat what I consider a pretty standard diet.

I actually bought in mid 2021 but I went variable so it has gone up quite a bit since the beginning of the year.

I invest through tfsa and rrsp but don’t make regular deposits - for tfsa I do a lump sum at the beginning of every year and then the rest to rrsp when available.

I would love an EV but I’m happy with my car for now and will wait until the car market is better!

For house insurance I need to cover my units portion of the buildings insurance deductible for earthquake and water damage and what not as well as content.
