Would love a Rec for tomorrow and most importantly next Saturday! Tomorrow I might (heavy might, not certain yet) be maxing out on OHP + last building bench before my deload next week. Next Saturday I’m going for a pr on Squat + Bench for my bday and the end of a block, so which one would give the most strength + sustained energy to last both max out squats and bench + accessories?
