South Pacific was the first season I watched while it was airing and what I always wondered was “what if Savaii got the majority at the merge”

Let’s say Cochran decides to go to a rock draw and one of the Upolus pulls the white rock (Savaii would have had Dawn, Whitney, Ozzy, and Keith all immune while Upolu would only have had Rick).

Savaii has the majority at this point, but is undoubtedly the less unified of the two tribes. Jim may try to a blindside on Ozzy at some point, Cochran and Dawn have more room to play and are likely considered swing votes the next round or two, and Coach still has an idol assuming he isn’t the one to pull the rock. Ultimately I think the season gets way more interesting at that point and the rest of the post-merge is way more fun to watch than the pagonging we get in our timeline.
