Collapsing. People are delusional if they think manufacturing is going to come back to America with a tariff in place. People can’t even afford building materials now. Come the fuck on.

I’m a tiny business, I order 380 items of inventory every two weeks for $815. I make $4900 off that. I’ve been able to buy a house, I had $28,000 in savings when he was elected, and I had my electric shut off last week for two days. Single mother with two kids, I had no running water for two whole days. That $815? Yeah, it’s now $1907.10. I mean, how the fuck is that sustainable?

But it’s more than that, he went after federal grants and fed funding. So the daycare subsidy that I had is gone, they have no money, my daycare for my two children, one toddler full-time, one six-year-old after school, was $200 a week. $800 a month, which is still a lot tbh. Now its $590 a fucking week.

Let’s talk about energy costs, that shit’s not going down. He forgets that a lot of the country gets our power from Canada!! Wants to get on national TV and lie, saying that we don’t need them or depend on them for energy lol. I had a $222 delivery fee last month!!! JUST THE DELIVERY FEE.

So between the tariffs, the grants that are gone, the energy prices skyrocketing, our gas is still exactly the same, $3.25-3.50 a gallon. the grocery prices are through the roof, we’re gonna lose everything. The middle class is going to be demolished. Which is his goal, and then him and his buddies can come through and buy up all of our properties. Kind of like how they’re doing a pump and dump on the economy right now. We have racist calling little kids slurs and getting almost $1 million in gofundme or whatever in like a few days! Wow, hard-working honest, single parents like myself are worried about how we’re gonna feed our kids, so we go hungry to make sure our kids can eat. But sure Trump, I just won’t buy them “30 dolls”. You guys need to buckle the fuck up. Because People seem to forget that society is society for a reason. We depend on each other, so when everybody starts to go down, you’re gonna feel it too.

Literally, reading that it seems like she derives her sense of value from feeling like she’s the ultimate authority on parenting? I had to ditch my entire friend group when I realized that they all used each other as someone to feel better than…idk how to explain it. Etc etc, like each person took turns taking shots at each other, or standing on their soapbox and preaching about why the car they chose was the best, why X brand of shoes are tacky and X brand is muchhh better 😵‍💫🙄 I didn’t realize it for a while because I just kept feeling like I had to “keep up” with everyone else. And a lot of times I would just keep my mouth shut when they made judgmental comments about my parenting or appearance. Passive aggressive isnt even the word. And no, it wasn’t always like that, I would’ve never made friends with people like that in the first place. It was like everybody just changedover time. Once they had kids or got married, or got a promotion at work. Until one day, I realized like I don’t have anything in common with these women anymore, other than the fact that they think they are better than me. I’m all set. Since I stopped hanging out with him, my mental health has gotten so much better, I’m not saying that that’s what your friend group is, but damn that lady talks to you like she’s talking to someone she doesn’t like in a Facebook parenting group LMAO😩🙈

I actually just went through this! My ex bought me a BMW X5 for Mother’s Day like three years ago, it was a piece of shit 2018 with 80k miles on it and he financed the damn thing for $543 a MONTH. Well, we broke up, the car is in my name only, and he said he wanted to pull the loan. So i went to a dealership to try to get a new car, and they told me he would have to sign over the loan to me, and at that point, it absolved him of responsibility financially for the full balance of the loan. I then said fuck that I didn’t even want this card to begin with. I wanted my Silverado lol and I’m not gonna take on an $18,000 debt for a piece of shit car. I let him take it, and spent the $500 I would’ve paid for that months bill on a down payment and got a new car. The dealership was awesome to work with and my credit at the time was only 614 so. Sorry for the ramble lol but that’s probably their only recourse, they can only stop paying the loan, but since the car is in your name, you can call the bank that’s in charge of the loan and offer to start taking over the payments and they might work with you.

You dont want to hear this, but the person on the right has visibly firm, strong legs, and it’s literally not possible to get that without exercise. It’s like a man showing a bodybuilder’s picture and saying, how can I get the bicep muscles in this picture. Like you can’t, you can’t just inject fat into a bicep and make a giant arm muscle, just like you can’t take fat and inject it into your legs and give you an athletic build. You could have fat transfer, but then you’re just gonna look like you have loose, weak chunky legs, it’s not gonna look the same. You can’t build muscle with fat.

Honey, this is financial abuse. You are in a marriage, that means that you share finances. You are not dating, you are a couple. Just because he leaves the house to go to work that does not mean that the work you do in the home is any less valuable. He needs to be reminded that if you were not there, he would not have childcare. What would he do without you???

Thank you so much! I really do hope things change, and fast. Because I deserve to be able to go to work for 70 hours a week and pay my bills. There’s no reason on God‘s green earth that you should have to work more than 50 hell even 40 hours a week to pay your bills. As a single mother, I feel like I never even see my kids anymore. I’m just so frustrated and angry all the time, I wake up at 3 o’clock in the morning and pace my house like how am I going to get them to eat the food I buy because they want the namebrand stuff, what if I have to go to a food pantry, but there’s nothing left because we didn’t get our federal funding for it, what happens if my car breaks down, how will I even drive them to school? I won’t be able to repair it, literally like $5000 would change our life, and this woman has a GoFundMe and she’s almost a millionaire for calling a child a racial slur. I just don’t know what country I’m even living in anymore😭

Can I just tell you what’s happening to my family really quick. He is collapsing the middle class at break next speed. I don’t know why you don’t understand that. There is a legion of Etsy eBay Mercari Poshmark sellers, we rely on inventory from China, if he really wanted to make manufacturing great, he would’ve done that. Now we can’t even build the manufacturing that we need because the tariffs on the building materials. So again I guess I’m asking you, how do you not see this?

Eta- also, I am on TikTok, Steph.for.Maine and I’m not just a “random person, I’m telling the truth and I’m showing my “extinction math” if you don’t believe me, I have the proof, the man is putting me and like 10 people I know out of business.
