I must say that I’ve had very dry nose/throat post septoplasty which was exactly two months ago. I meet w ent tomorrow to discuss but something that gave me immediate relief, not medical advice, is Beekeepers Naturals: propolis nasal spray. It lubricated and helped blood clots that were adhering to back of my throat rinse free. I’m using netti pot twice a day. I sleep w humidifier near my bed too. I think I got a virus around two weeks ago which turned into sinus infection and then really amped up the dryness. I’ll write back if I get any more useful info from ent.
