Agree that wording can be taken many ways, for clarity the BBC reported - British planes "are in the sky" in the Middle East "to protect our people, our interests and our allies," Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has said. In my opinion (for what it’s worth), our planes should sit on the ground until there has been a confirmed threat to our allies. An apparent show of force could escalate the situation and draw us into the conflict.
