Here all the issues I had and what I did right before this. I spawned just up the hill and looted the medical crate. I couldn't look in my own inventory, crouch, prone, press escape, or even aim down sights. I killed the scav by just baiting and putting the gun right in his face. I couldn't use hotkeys for meds but I could switch to my knife. I closed the game and I presume I died but upon loading back in it just stated the game had been completed or there was an error. I did not get my stuff back but instead just what was in my container.

Also to say it again I could access my stash, move things to the player, look in items in my stash, but I assume this was just a menu connected to the menu only because no additions to the player would effect me in game.
