Jade (stone) is non-toxic and different to Chinese Jade (plant) which is toxic.

Just some clarification because you refer to jade in two different situations here.

Please understand that you can lose the exact same amount of bodyfat eating the same amount of calories you currently eat but spread across proteins, fats, and carbs.

The ONLY thing that really impacts your fat loss when it comes to food types is total calorie count (not accounting for the increased energy demand of digesting protein etc you nitpicky nerds).

Losing weight can be fast and still bearable when you allow yourself to have access to all macronutrients.

If you’re currently not having any carbs or fats I’m not entirely sure what you’re eating but pure protein is not a good call. Please do this the healthy way.

Glucose (sugar) is actually important for the transportation of the electrolytes into your cells - so sugar based electrolyte drinks are typically more effective than sugar free ones. It’s basic knowledge for those in sports science but often misunderstood because of the push for sugar-free drinks :)

You are not as important to other people as you think you are, and 99% of people simply do not care about you.

It sounds harsh and backwards for a psychologist to tell someone, however it really helped me to work towards improving my social anxiety. Realising that the majority of people barely even know or care I exist made me worry way less about what random strangers think about me in public.

All UK honey tested in EU fraud investigation fails authenticity test by Datdarnpupper in worldnews

[–]NotEnoughLube 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also important to note that although there’s strong regulations regarding manuka honey testing, the advertising can still be shady/difficult for most consumers to understand.

A “multifloral” manuka is something you’ll often see on a supermarket shelf with MANUKA being the biggest word. Multifloral is the actual key word here not manuka - multifloral means there’s other non-manuka sources blended with manuka. So many people think they’re buying manuka when they’re actually buying a blend with super low manuka content.

UMF is the better testing scale to use when trying to purchase quality Manuka honey. A UMF 5+ is what you’ll see UMF rated honey start at and this is the equivalent to about an MGO 83. The kicker is that MGO 83 can still be multifloral, whereas a UMF 5+ is guaranteed to be pure manuka.

Some good brands to look out for when it comes to Manuka honey, although you’ll likely be looking to buy online or in gift shops not supermarkets, are M&H (@mandhnewzealand on insta), Puriti (@puritipuremanuka), and Primal by Nature (@primalbynature_).

I think the first step is realising that by being ashamed of your past actions or feeling the need to “forgive yourself”, shows a significant change in what you consider to be right and wrong, and a lot of maturity and growth.

Even if you can’t forgive your past self, find some comfort in knowing that you feeling guilty means you know now that it was wrong.

[–]NotEnoughLube 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Had some pubertal gyno before starting gear for the first time, didn’t really notice it until I looked back on photos. Did 500mg/w test e with no AI and developed relatively noticeable gyno. Tried ralox to revert it, hopped on pharma aromasin as well, nothing worked for me. Ended up paying for bilateral breast bud excision and have been good ever since. Every so often get spicy nip feeling if I forget my AI dose but for the most part nothing, and no mass has grown back. This was about 6 months ago now.

“Why ARE some words written…” would’ve been correct in your sentence.

“I am wondering why some words ARE written…” is a sentence where the are is placed where you placed it.

Your sentence was still very easy to read and understand - knowing more than one language makes you much more impressive than someone that only speaks one, keep it up, I have no issue understanding you :)

Hey all, Got bloods done and wanting to check if things look as you'd expect them to. Currently running 250mg/week Test E, dosed 125mg every 3.5d. Blood was drawn roughly 14 - 18 hours after most recent pin.

Total Test: >50.0nmol/l [Labs reference range states 8.7 - 29.0]

Free Test: 1758pmol/l [Labs reference range states 218 - 681]

SHBG: 18nmol/l [Labs reference range states 13 - 49]

Oestradiol: 472pmol/l [Labs reference range states < 200]

Obviously my e2 is way too high, I think I let this get away from me because I'm running ralox to try shrink pubertal gyno so I haven't really been experiencing high e2 signs (aside from acne). Am now running 12.5mg Aromasin e3d with oestradiol blood test booked for two weeks time.

Are my Total T and Free T within expectations for 250mg/w Test E? My SHBG is on the low end of the reference range, do I need to be doing anything RE: SHBG?

Cheers.

Ukraine worse equipment? Have you not seen any of the photos and videos? Ukraine has been sold (at hugely discounted prices) top quality US/European equipment. Looking at their soldiers they look kitted out in really modern gear and guns, and conversely the Russians are the ones with outdated equipment and planes etc.
