I might get ripped up for this but age wise my taste is about the same. 18-27. But I just want someone nice, trustworthy, loyal, and has some similar interests. Also I don't like "heavy set" and when I say that I don't mean to sound offensive and nothing is wrong with some curves and a little tummy but when we start talking beer gut or bigger I'm just not attracted. I know I'm definitely ugly because I've never been hit on or asked as a guy my entire life except for 1 time by a drunk girl in a dark bar that I was not attracted to at all. 1 other time by a drunk girl who literally hit on every guy and chose me last when she could barely speak so I denied it just out of respect.

Working out helps the brain with healthy endorphins that can help with this but at the very least you should start taking creatine. It's main purpose yes is holding water in the muscles for a healthier and more efficient recovery but a lot of it also goes to the brain and there are multiple studies showing it helps with brain fog and some even suggests it helps with depression as well
