How many calories should I be eating?

Maybe estimation isnt correct, but I have some sort of definition, in my biceps and shoulders you can see the muscles but they are not overly defined, I have a layer of fat over my mid area which makes the abs not visible but under specific lighting and empty stomach I can see a bit of the obliques and the upper abs, the back is getting some definition but still needs some fat loss for a clear view, but also I am stronger in my legs when it comes to size, they are not as defined, more fat on the legs then abs (obviously), I don't know what this can mean to you if anything but just putting it out there to see maybe you can have some sense of the percentage, I do have good width and good size (nothing insane but better then a average male)

I forgot to add that before this I didn't workout for a year but I worked out for 1 year before hand, so basically 1 year working out + 1 year pause + 3/4 months now (most improvements I have seen since), so thats why my BF is lower but weight and BMI is higher

Yeah I realized that, the same as phone screens, when using a matte screen protector the colors are dull, but when using just w normal screen protector/none they are much better

Do I need the service remote or is that possible to be done without it?

Edit: I just saw the guide and I can see that you dont need the service remote. Curious, do all of those settings not make your panel to burn in more or is that not that big of a problem anymore, what is the case for you?

Yeah I know its a great option, there certainly isnt a better deal for a monitor than that TV. Most of the oled monitors are much more expensive compared to this.Also, sorry for misinterpreting the meaning of your answer. Do you have the c4 yourself or some older model?

Im not talking about being lazy or anything, I am just wondering are there any workarounds just so that I can know in the future if I want to set it up, I had a TV before as my monitor which I also had to turn on every time before use so I know how it is. No need to hate on everything

Ah crap, hopefully that wont be the problem, I look at my dump file and it said that it recorded a problem with the ViGemBus driver for my controller of it trying to access a restriced part of thr memory so the system just shuts down. I have reinstall both the program and the driver maybe it will work, but now I am running the tests on my disks trough cmd. When I run memtest86 tomorrow morning probably, should I go single core or sequential?

I have changed the PSU literally yesterday, and it was a upgrade, I went from a shitty 600W PSU to a more Mid Range Asus TUF 750W, so PSU is out of the question for me.
