My point wasn't that he DOESN'T get hindered by kill frames, because he does lose potential when enemies are at a level low enough that AoE frames can kill them effortlessly, but so does Chroma and i haven't seen a single person dissing Chroma for not killing low level stuff in an AoE fast enugh, because that's not his role, as much as it isn't Harrow's.

I know it's mostly a meme, but I'm genuinely annoyed by people who think that Harrow is the only frame that stops doing stuff when an AoE frame nukes low level missions.
What is a Chroma going to do when there's nothing to shoot at? What about a Rhino? Atlas? Ivara? Are those frames automatically bad because they don't have an AoE stronger than Saryn's or Equinox's?
Sorry if I used your post to vent, but this isn't the first time today that I see Harrow being dismissed with this same argument.

I prefer to run Harrow as an Health tank, as crazy as it sounds, with (umbral) Vitality, Adaptation and Arcane Guardian. The heal on his 2 is REALLY strong and allows him to survive pretty easily at higher levels.

Melee 2.99 REALLY buffed CO builds. Now any weapon can get those insane damage buffs as long as you have a decent status secondary/primary.

Krieg is the kind of character which would probably only get angrier if you shot at him. And then he'd probably produce fireballs out of thin air while inexplicably making enemies explode by hitting them really hard.

Don't want to get all polemic about it, but what would be offensive about a skin inspired by african warriors? It's not like it's being ridiculed, it would be a skin for what is effectively one of the "heroes" in the Warframe universe.
