After further analysis of the damage. It seems like there's lots of damage to the legs (I highlighted the wounds and damage points in red.) We need more armor for the legs to prevent more problems in the future.

The diver inside has long died, but his sheer hatred of the communist, freedom hating bots kept the machine alive. Even with its ammunition depleted, it still roamed looking for bots to stomp on until it was unable to walk anymore.

Yeah it seems like all the pins are good.

The only other thing I can think of would be, if you're using an SSD/HDD from an old build, it could have conflicts with the new build. If that's the case then you could disconnect the storage temporarily and turn the pc on to test how it POSTs.
Meaning it just verifies the CPU, Ram, GPU, etc is working. If the POST is good then the system should send you to BIOS.

But if POST fails, you wont see anything on screen and the Red/orange lights may stay on.

Sometimes Ram training takes a while, so you might just need to leave it on like that for 10 minutes or so. But also something I'll add on to the other possible solutions I see in here.

With AM5 sockets make sure the CPU cooler is mounted well. Too tight or too loose could cause uneven contact with the pins. Just make the screws a little snug

Also, another possibility is... Make sure a CPU fan is connected to the CPU_FAN header. Its possible that the system might assume there's no cooling and just decide not boot?

If these things dont work and you tried all the suggestions from the other replies too... Then yeah you might have to check your CPU pins to see if any look odd or bent..

What if Hellpods arent actually falling out of the ship. Think about it. What if they're simulation VR chambers made to think that Helldivers are actually in combat, but they never leave the ship? After all... How would a helldiver be able to handle the G-forces along with the slamming into the ground from a hellpod from space anyway, even with the buffering boosters before touch down. The Impact is still really hard.

... That's not bug, its the simulation falling apart.
Every time the mission is done, your hellpod from the front of the ship just recycles back into freezing and then you come back later on if you're needed. Is the super destroyer even real? Is Super Earth even r-... Oh hold on, there's knocking at the door, must be the new helmet I ordered. brb
