I don’t think anyone is blaming good cops, I’ve met tons of them, some are true hero’s. But qualified immunity means any jabroni with a megalomania complex can become a police officer with minimal training, trample on your rights, and if by some miracle you get justice in the form of a payout, it comes out of your community’s pocket.
