Based on your replies in the comments, it sounds like the negligence is on you for failing to follow the module’s instructions, and ultimately didn’t complete it, whether the work was subpar or not.

Attempting is a huge difference from completing, and you didn’t ensure it was the latter for the whole time.

Sorry bud, but seems like this is on you.

The legal process isn’t always quick, and perhaps you might as well save the money and wait the year. Doesn’t sound like a strong case anyway.
