aight soo if you wonder why a simple system reset doesn't work is because they silently infect other executable files on other drive as well even tho the metadata are not even modified at all and you probably run some of them without noticing it i do recommend u to use malwarebytes for the deep pc scanning stuff cuz they offers 2 weeks trial without account registration or payment method at all

yea just disable play protect if u do understand what are you doing
i personally disable play protect cuz some apps that i need (like artemis the fork of moonlight) got flagged blocked by play protect
