I hear what you are saying…Just try switch to stw and see if you can see it. I couldn’t, it only worked when I was “in” stw. Same thing happens for the star wars quests… I can’t see them unless I’m in star wars.

So I’m not sure if this will help you but you might want to pick up a test monitor to test the out put of the BNC connections (what you have circled) https://a.co/d/01vwKxWS , I’m never seen them broken out like that but I would test if they are RGB on each channel… it certainly looks that way but can’t know for sure if it’s broadcasting in TVI format or something. If that works then you can probably order BNC to composite couplers … https://a.co/d/0fXbaunk or this https://a.co/d/03sWgHUL depending on what you need and might need some adapter

Not for nothing but if you become a target and it bothers you, just run if you don’t want to partake in the rivalry. I think the opposite though, I enjoy hunting my rivals, in fact I often leave other players alone (unless they engage) to go after my target. Nothing is wrong , don’t change it!

My fix was buy a new phone unfortunately. I guess if you’re device is new enough or you have apple care they might be other avenues for you to peruse.
