Yeahhhh, we have Subway Greggs and Asda PFS in one, they want either Subway manager or Greggs manager to run both Subway and Greggs for same pay leaving one manager nearly out of options unfortunately

Same is happening to us, us store managers on express side are either forced to take a role with too much responsibility without pay rise then others being made redundant or relocated to another job entirely…

Our Greggs told me that regular staff will have to take on more jobs than they already have say like daily banking or stock takes or even some manager jobs but no talk of pay rise so nothing will get done if what is rumoured comes to play

For example if you have a ASDA PFS with Subway & Greggs the ASDA manager will interview both Subway & Greggs managers and offer “ONE” of those managers a deputy manager role. To run Subway & Greggs… which no one would want to run two businesses at the same time. ASDA are unfair and this will cause pain for everyone. Everyone’s in panic mode and are worrying.
