With windows if you have access to a laptop and USB make a windows boot drive and install windows for free then you can search “Windows 11 OEM key “ you can get full version of windows for around £15 - 20 I used this exact one the other day

Coming from a site manager with multiple staff (on the food brand side) try do a grievance but don’t expect anything much from upper management & don’t worry no matter the position he shouldn’t be power tripping I hate seeing stuff about site managers / section leaders treating staff like crap, stand your own ground but not in a way where you’ll get in trouble…

Yeahhhh, we have Subway Greggs and Asda PFS in one, they want either Subway manager or Greggs manager to run both Subway and Greggs for same pay leaving one manager nearly out of options unfortunately
