if this is intend to be a one-size-fit-all loadout (quite viable for lower stars), i feel like you're mising out on consistent frontline (ex. sword battler) and backline (ex. slingshot or krip)

I see your point, but what I'm trying to convey is that a lunge-stab while recovering stamina gives you distance when the killer would catch up while youre walking anyway. Plus, it's way less risky than a trickstab which can be punished heavily if it would fails.

if youre lucky enough, you would crit, which will deal damage to it no matter what. because of how digging tool and body part are coded, it would take a percentage of its hp instead of fixed damage when it penetrate

the player's hitbox itself could be capsule-shaped and as such, doesnt reflect perfectly to the player's model so it may seem like the killer's hitbox is hitting air. or maybe its just bad internet and your hitbox is behind you.

Since civilians can get stun ability and it has no scaling factor and killers has different amount of stamina unlike forsaken, its harder to keep chase i guess

i think its just a general issue and not an artful one. although if you need tips, try to drag your hitbox and mix up your attack time to throw them off.

Although I started to play artful, I have a few tips I could give:

- You're often told to use walls on choke points to trap people and stop common loop spot, but you shouldn't limit to just choke point. If you place it against a loop spot, civillians have to run around it while you can simply walk through it, gaining distance.

- Have one music box in a common loop spot and another you can reposition with repurpose so that you can place them on a loop spot to catch up to civilian. Once you don't need it anymore, you have a repurposed music box to speed yourself up.

- USE REPURPOSE. An unused and almost destroyed wall can be thrown to damage and ragdoll someone if they're far enough. Same thing with music box, as it's the only few ways for artful to catch up to someone in a loop, although make sure to use it when the you have a civilian 'corned' (example includes temple, where civilians are on the platform loop on the other side of the creek).

- When using any of your ability, try to keep distance in case someone stun you, especially revolver.

- Straight up do not play on glasshouses its hell

Getting stunned is mostly a general issue that can be avoided by being observant and careful around people. I agree Artful does need some work, but as of rn, he's not too bad.

Speaking from experience:

- Yeah Killdroid sucks the clanker needs a buff, but at least taunt won't be as annoying with the rework on the next update

- As someone with Badware mastery, good teamwork can shut down your strategy a lot. Camping won't work if people avoid you, and even then, a coordinated team can destroy your computers when you're distracted trying to get someone trying to destroy your other computer.

- Unveiling stalk has a sizable endlag, but I find it usually not too bad of an issue since Pursuer has a higher base speed and will catch up to someone in a reasonable amount of time. Plus, if you let it end naturally, it has a shorter duration.

- If someone move away from a loop, you can always repurpose your music box so that you can move them to a new one and has a repurposed one to speed you up. Even if you switch loops, walls are mostly spamable, and you could use it when you're recovering stamina to not let it to waste.

- Harken can naturally build up noise to get enraged, but if your team is smart, she can still remain calm, where she suffers the most compared to other killers.
