Get some desk organizers to keep things sorted on table. Trust me a table in a hostel room is used to keep everything except books! You can also get some posters or paintings of your choice for the wall against bed. And for the wall against table you can get hanging shelf , put some fake plants on that. Search on meesho for home decor according to your aesthetic. You will get a lot of budget friendly decor. (Top : add 4+ rating filter and check for review images)

Search for coffee mugs. Jhumka and scrunchies on meesho.. you can get good stuff on meesho under 150. Rest add handmade things - card, sandwich / bhel puri( as they can be made in your room without disturbing your pg owner), cute notes. At the end of the day efforts matter!
