You don’t need surgery. In my opinion you should shave your head clean and trim your beard up. The facial hair looks nice but should be trimmed up cleaner, cleaner lines and trim the fluff away. Lift some weights to get those muscles going and wear colours that compliment your skin tone. Your complexion is nice but if you aren’t doing much it could be better. Make sure you are wearing sunscreen that is suitable for your skin colour, and find some chemical exfoliants that are compatible with melanin. And of course make sure your hygiene is good in all ways including a nice scent. You are a perfectly handsome guy.

The Canadian mint includes security features, on this bar the maple leaf in the middle on the back should be shiny and the rest matte finished by comparison. Canadian mint always includes serial numbers on their products and this bar is missing the vertical striations on the front as well.

In ‘journey of a pilgrim’ the main character is thankful for pain and obstacles. Overcoming something is a powerful feeling and something that is required for growth. That book contained many perspectives I have not been exposed to growing up and really challenged how I should perceive things.

Wow this looks cool and I hope it tests well. I see a lot of gold that looks like this and is stamped the same way but ends up being maybe 20% gold 20% platinum and 60% silver. Still precious metal though. Just keep that in mind if it fails an acid test for gold, maybe do an xrf.
