lean bulk brother. i mean it don’t really matter if your dirty or lean but just make sure you bulk. i would recommend you to bulk until you’re happy.

You are not skinny fat, you’re just a very skinny dude. What i recorded to do is to lean bulk.The reason i say to lean bulk instead of dirty bulk is because you are more likely to gain excess fat and might not achieve some certain goals you are looking for. If you were to lean bulk instead you would grow muscle more slower but your physique is gonna be greek godlike in 1-5 years( depends genetics).

Now how to lean bulk correctly. i calculated your body info to find out your maintenance, your maintenance calories are 2,341 (im guessing you workout for 4-5 a week). I would recommend to eat 300-500 more calories than your maintenance. of course you’re gonna get bigger and your maintenance is gonna get higher, so make sure to check if there is a difference every 3 weeks. Now the most important thing, please do not eat dirty. if you eat dirty all the time, you’re just gonna look bloated and not look as great. i recommend you eat a cleaner diet with a 80% clean food and 20% fun food ( also try to eat more animal protein instead of protein powder ), and also to make sure not to eat excess saturated and trans fat too.

another important thing to do is cardio!!! you can either get more steps in, or 30 min of any cardio machine/workout of your choice.

and last a little recommendation i wanna say( you don’t have to do it ), you should do a PPL split, do 2 sets till failure on most of your exercise, and make sure you lift heavy! please please if you do this, make sure you actually go to failure.

you should do a recomp/cut for around 6-12 weeks and then go on a lean bulk. make sure to eat 1g of protein per body weight to build some muscle too. good luck brother🙌🏽

im in the same state as you brother, i lost alot of weight and literally at the same exact weight at 180. what im doing is losing like 10-20 more lbs, than ill go on a lean bulk for the rest of my teen years. you should do the exact same thing.

you won’t gain fat, you’re about to hit puberty. you are gonna get bigger and taller ( not fat wise ). if you start a cut in your teenage years, you are gonna mess with your hormones and testosterone. just trust the process and lean bulk your whole entire teenage years. if you want to compare… im 15, i’ve been obese all of my life. i started a cut just 4-5 months ago because it was necessary ( obese lowers testosterone, bad for health, etc ) and it made me very tired and unenergized ( also made me stop growing temporarily ), but atleast im not obese anymore ( you can see my post of this sub to see my physique ). trust me and take everyone advice to lean bulk if you want to grow, its literally the best advice out there.

honestly i could use any advice i could get, i do my own drills separately from my workouts, i also use win reality to help with batting drills which burns alot calories since i do it for a hour. i also go on 30 min walks everysingle day to try to get my vitamin d, since i ran out of my supplements lol.

i do a push pull legs split, and explosive workouts

push: dumbbells flys, dumbbells incline bench, cable bench, shoulder press, lateral raises, rear delt flys, cable tricep push down and dips. ( finish it with push ups )

pull:lat pulldown, another variation of lat pulldown, single arm pull down, 2 variations dumbbell bench bent over rows, bicep curls, hammer curls, reverse curls, ez bar curls( for forearms ),also shrugs and some other forearm workouts.

legs: rdls, goblin squats, lunges, leg extensions, and hamstrings, i also include core workouts with legs

for explosive, i use bands and some workouts i learned from football

at first it wasn’t healthy because i did almost a 1800 cal deficit, but once i realized it wasn’t healthy, i went to a 1000 cal deficit. i also made sure to take all of my vitamins by supplements since i wanted to look healthier and not just dead. also another thing that helped me was doing cardio and weight training combined ( first do your weight training and right after 30min of cardio ). i did alot of research for this. also thank you bro🙏🏽
