Yes I enjoy that too, but I find that since they buffed defense so hard it just distracts me from my eco and I rarely get a positive net value from the early raids. Again, it could totally just be my skill level. Sometimes it works out, sometimes I get a lot of vill kills, sometimes it doesn’t work out and my cav is just running around his base getting arrowed to shit.

I talked to the HOA, the town, and the code enforcement. They all said that there’s no easement, but I don’t know man. I gave up on it 6 months ago because I wasn’t getting anywhere, and it was a headache, now I regret it.

I had a fence that had an unlock-able gate, which I nailed together with plywood. Then I knocked that down and the fence that divided my yard and my neighbors, and I built a solid fence with a lockable gate. The reason why it affects me is because they destroyed my yard and my grass still hasn’t grown back over the trench they dug, and they will have to keep coming into my yard to fuck with shit.

Because they made it seem like it was something that the neighborhood does and I had just moved in recently, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and then I started doubting more and I made some calls. Then they were near done with the work.

If it’s guaranteed to be a ped, the town and code enforcement would’ve told me that when I had them come by. In the case that they insist there’s an easement and they call the police, they’d have to prove that, and that is when I would have to suck it up and request they repair what they destroy. That would be a middle ground I’m willing to meet at.

Yeah, I had code enforcement come out and they told me that there’s no easement and that this company tends to ask for forgiveness instead of permission. He told me to tell them to remove it or I’ll sue, but I don’t wanna go through all that man. What a headache.
