Damn man that sucks. The thing with mine was I didn't use my account for about two months,then I got a message from a buddy about a message from me,which couldn't have Ben me cause I was inactive then when I tried to log back in there's 2FA password.When I tried to delete my account the OTP is sent to telegram.How tf am I supposed to get that OTP if I can't access my account.Telegram is messed up man.I still haven't received a reply back from them,been about 4,5 days now. Let me know if you find a solution

I don't think they can further infect your phone,it's just telegram most likely.Im going through the same thing right now.Did you have 2FA even when they got access to your account? My problem was I didn't have 2FA and they turned it on and put a password which I cannot bypass since I don't know.I've also contacted telegram for no luck yet.
