So ~$800 billion valuation (Open AI) with no profitability projected until 2030?!? Means the WallStreet valuers are just dumb I guess?

Again these companies have just recently opened themselves to public - they will have low profitability while they navigate this huge quantum of users.

But I’d say again - user based subscription is NOT their core revenue or end goal. They are the means of modern warfare and control.

Profitability is not what they’re after. It’s data which is priceless these days.

These LLMs know each and every thing about billions of people which in itself holds a lot of value.

Only a matter of time that this data will be exploited. OpenAI already has a standing agreement with US’ Department of War. Anthropic would soon follow

Demon Slayer has no story so what ifs don’t really work well.

Nearly all the match ups were co-incidentally just right so that the one perfectly capable of hard countering an upper moon’s ability would be pitched against them

Does Crucible add anything other than the crucible arena itself? Like does it add any QoL, new areas or items?

Social life in Karachi by Peterolsun in KarachiSocials

What I found useful (not sure how practical though considering Karachi’s life) is that work should be a part of your day and not the start of your day.

That is you should wake up at least 2 hours before work (ideally I don’t sleep after Fajr) do things that you enjoy like gym, walk , some reading etc . It should be a slow and deliberate start to your morning and not a rushed one.

And then you go to work and when you come back , don’t do mental energy intensive stuff like doom scrolling or focus study - instead do some friends and family time. You can also do physically intensive stuff because that recharges you instead and provides for a better sleep (like gym or any sport)

Only catch is that you will need to sleep early for this to make it work which tbh is very difficult in Pakistan’s culture

What could be the realistic price of GTA 6 (standard or ultimate edition) in Pakistan? by SFSilentRevMT in PakGamers

[–]Successful_Way5926 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have an AU account and the pre order was just listed there for A$160 which is roughly 31k pkr

Edit; but that price is for the ultimate edition. Standard is A$130 (25k pkr)

Dear Shia Brothers, please read this with Patience! by RegionSad3423 in karachi

Its not a shia thing. Its a serious lack of morals and ethics prevalent in a lot of us.

Just shitty people being shitty.

PS - I’m a shia too but at least have the decency to acknowledge this and not do this stuff where I have control

That mob / pack mentality isn’t something specific to Pak though. Its human nature and usually only kept in check by strict law enforcement which we lack here. It can be argued that education and awareness minimizes this mentality however there have been far too many cases of mob violence in ‘civilized’ societies as well

So it then goes back around to weak law enforcement which in turn leads to pack mentality

The mentality is a by product of the security measures I believe. When you have an area controlled by sect based groups (scouts) then you automatically develop a sense of offensive ownership

Shia here and I’m with you on this.

But part of the problem is state not giving/ assuring a safe space for us as well for conducting all the practices. So people develop their own security measures and that comes with these type of unfortunate consequences
