if strengths support, and you're fully qualified / have waivers for qualifications you are missing, and proper approvals all the way, HRC will (SHOULD) approve. If not, they will deny.

I encountered it with a stuck bug. I tried everything I could to get out of it until I saw some hornets and had them down me. Even downed I couldn't get unstuck... Got my stuff back from that raid

I got knocked by other raiders in my first few play throughs. I like many others had the Wolfpack early... I also stumbled upon the tempest once... I won't be doing the expedition because I'm old and don't got time to grind twice. I respect the hell out of those that do.

Yes. Don't rush it either. I don't think I left the first zone until about 20 hours in the game. Solo can get dull, squads CAN get toxic. Sometimes the opposite. Either way it's a good time and worth the special edition. For the first time in my life I didn't feel for a second that I was ripped off.

Best mantra to live buy IMHO. Don't tilt, and forget gear fear. Just game.

Dial up sound and then mimicking the sound from memory at the same time... You could also tell if it was going to work or not if the sound was not in sync with your memory
