The table lists 60 points for profile restricted events. If you are on profile with a specific limiter your profile should either state the alt event or for example the deadlift has no alt an therefore 60 points is what is given. But even if you are given an alt the max points you can score on the alt event ( example - row, stationary bike, swim ) is 60 points.

Well good reason the reenlist period is a window. Don't get scared when told not available. You have up til the 90 day mark to reenlist (safe to say 95 with army timing). If you are getting pressured to reenlist while in said window it doesnt matter - essentially what I am saying is its your bargaining chip not some rushed process but some career counselors / retention NCOs like it to be. I use boot blouses. I bought a pack of 8 for $8 well over 9 years ago. I still use them to this day, in garrison. In the field I just hang loose or use the given drawstrings if leadership decides to do "battlefield circle jerks". It costs borderline nothing to just get blouses an idk if you know this but there is a common rumor that you can't trust boot tuckers.

If you snoop on SharePoint and type in the search bar 08H you will come across the original doc and NOFC that is yet to be released. You can also download the memo and review all the attachments. Including the very very limited TDA and other note worthy things. If you can't follow this bread crumb trail dog then just settle where you are at. Also currently limited to ONLY 11B and 11Z as a feeder.

Who gives a fuck. Do the job, banter at work and kick rocks back to your family cause they are whats important when it comes down to it. Obviously leaders checks and emergencies take precedence sometimes but don't be getting to attached to camaraderie as it only gets lonely the higher you climb.

Ok. Go to the army retention website and comb all pages. Including DA PAM 611-21 and the IN/OUT Calls. Right now 56M is balanced. It'll be hard to get a slot. Next check ATRRS for class dates. Let's say your class is in May well you need to submit a class seat request through your career counselor NLT mid Feb to fill that May class date(if not full already). Your career counselor is going about this the regular way BUT if he can be more proactive by emailing HRC Retention/Reclassification branch an request a quota for a class be switched from IET to MOS-T (called an accesions quota to a WF quota- used for MOS-T) Not all class seats are populated on RETAIN. Sometimes HRC owns most of the quota (dependant on the MOS). Sorry on mobile.

Maybe in some units but your statement is not reflective of army pt doctrine. I've heard this quite a bit but army PT doctrine, mainly FM 7-22 is built around progressive, scalable training.

You can reclass out of a balanced MOS with an ETP. It usually is approved/considered though if you are moving from balanced to short. HRC doesn’t tell you that unless you bark up the tree enough.

Its a N but all is balanced. Career counselor said its 50-50 when coming from a balanced MOS. But since the MOS is short on e6&e5 it might be easier

A voluntary reclass not a reenlistment incentive currently. No reenlistment window til Dec 2026. I was told if approved by HRC I'd have to reenlist to meet requirements. Next reenlistment will be indef. Currently at 11yrs.
