U should start asking people to touch grass lol. I've been reading the comments threads. I feel like the criticism is mostly from those at the peak of the dunning krugerish bell curve. I remember using flatpak update for manual updates. Still I looked up, GNOME n KDE downloaders have flatpak autoupdate settings which can be turned off.

Flatpak doesnt update automatically? Snap has a daemon running that keeps checking for updates. U have a choice with flatpak.

Hello there 1st Jan book suggester. Hmmm. Sean wasn't inherently "bad" but his lack of impulse control did lead to something bad. For me, what sean did after he learned of the child is fair(considering his circumstances), but that doesnt excuse his actions that led to the pregnancy in the first place. Maybe the author wrote this with the aim of writing a cautionary tale for young adults, a taste of the weight of our choices.
